Former Leon Levy Fellow Rebecca Donner Wins National Book Critics Circle Award

Rebecca Donner, a Leon Levy Fellow in 2018 – 2019, received the 2022 National Book Critics Circle Award for All the Frequent Trouble of Our Days: the True Story of the American Woman at the Heart of the German Resistance.

Donner’s biography, which she worked on during her year as a Leon Levy Fellow, was also the winner of the 2022 PEN/Jacqueline Bograd Weld Award, a Finalist for the 2022 Los Angeles Times Book Award and long listed for the 2022 Plutarch Award.
